OFE It Solution – অর্ডার বাতিল ও রিফান্ড নীতিমালা

১. অর্ডার বাতিলকরণ (Order Cancellation)

  • (১.১) কোনো অর্ডার সফলভাবে সম্পন্ন (Place) হওয়ার পর তা সাধারণভাবে বাতিলযোগ্য নয়। তবে, অর্ডারকৃত প্রোডাক্টটি ডেলিভারি করার পূর্বে যদি গ্রাহক আমাদের সাপোর্ট টিমের সাথে যোগাযোগ করে তা বাতিলের অনুরোধ জানান, শুধুমাত্র সেই ক্ষেত্রেই অর্ডারটি বাতিল করা সম্ভব হতে পারে।

  • (১.২) প্রোডাক্টের স্টক (Stock) সীমাবদ্ধতা বা যেকোনো কারিগরি ত্রুটির কারণে OFE IT Solution যেকোনো সময় যেকোনো অর্ডার বাতিল করার পূর্ণ অধিকার ও ক্ষমতা সংরক্ষণ করে।

২. রিফান্ড ও মূল্য সমন্বয় (Refund & Exchange Policy)

  • (২.১) গ্রাহকের অনুরোধে কোনো অর্ডার বাতিল করা হলে, তার জন্য প্রদানকৃত অর্থ সরাসরি ক্যাশ রিফান্ড (Cash Refund) করা হবে না। তবে অর্ডারটি যদি শর্ত (১.১) এর আওতাভুক্ত হয় (অর্থাৎ ডেলিভারির পূর্বে বাতিল করা হয়), তাহলে গ্রাহক সেই সমপরিমাণ অর্থ দিয়ে আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট থেকে অন্য যেকোনো প্রোডাক্ট বেছে বা বিনিময় (Exchange) করে নিতে পারবেন।

  • (২.২) যদি কোনো অর্ডার OFE IT Solution-এর পক্ষ থেকে বাতিল করা হয় (যেমন: স্টক আউট সমস্যা), তবে গ্রাহকের প্রদানকৃত সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ ১ থেকে ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে রিফান্ড করে দেওয়া হবে। এই নিয়মটি bKash Online Payment এবং Manual Payment—উভয় মাধ্যমেই পরিশোধিত পেমেন্টের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য হবে।

OFE It Solution – Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • (1.1) Once an order is successfully placed, it cannot be canceled under normal circumstances. However, if a cancellation request is submitted to our support team before the product is delivered, the cancellation may be approved.

  • (1.2) OFE IT Solution reserves the absolute right to cancel any order at any time due to product stock unavailability or any unavoidable circumstances.

2. Refund & Exchange Policy

  • (2.1) In the event of a customer-initiated cancellation, the paid amount is non-refundable in cash. However, if the cancellation falls under Term (1.1) (requested before delivery), the paid amount can be adjusted or exchanged for any other product available on our platform.

  • (2.2) If an order is canceled by OFE IT Solution due to stock issues or other reasons, the full amount will be refunded to the customer within 1 to 24 hours. This applies to both bKash Online Gateway Payments and Manual Payments.
